Yotpo: Loyalty & Rewards

Great app overall. Improvements along the way continue to help.

I was a very confused about some negative rewards points that were accumulated on a customer's account. Glenn explained everything clearly and helped me solve immediately! Since I'm a customer Service rep I need these solved sooner than later and this was resolved immediately! It made my job a lot easier! It was so helpful and I appreciated it so much!

I needed some assistance with adding a code to my website and Erwin John C answered my chat and helped me with efficiency. Thanks.

So far so good, just installed it and the customer service has been excellent and people are already using it. I like the built in email feature to notify existing customers of the program. I would like to see a Facebook sharing reward to get followers to share and repost on Facebook rather than just twitter. Keep up the great work guys!

Been trialling this app for a period and we are glad to report that it works as per the name, SWELL!

Better than that, I had cause to contact the Swell guys over a very minor issue (which had nothing to do with them in the end!).

Nonetheless, Nikhil Naidu went above and beyond what you might normally expect from tech support and sorted out the issue speedily, effectively, with expertise and great humor (all late on a Friday afternoon)!

Great app. Quick to install, easy to use, great step-by-step video guides for a novice like myself. And the customer service is awesome. Very very quick to respond in a live chat format, to walk you through whatever you may need. Its only been a day, so no review in regards to the functionality of the app beyond its simple installation and set up. So far, so good! Highly recommend.
