Just launched our L&R program today and overall it was quite seamless and straighforward! I had reached out to the live support for help with getting the program activated and live on our site and Jovan (I think that was their name), was super helpful and prompt. They had the program up and running within 10 minutes. I'm not sure how long it would have taken me if I tried to do it out on my own, but it made the launch feel so much less stressful. Thank you!

This morning the first thing I encountered on my shop was that I was not able to implement some features I needed. Lemuel P assisted me with expertise and fast response and immediately implemented what I needed done. I appreciate you Lemuel and this app as it's a beautiful feature to have.

Angelo responded to my request for help with a professional and friendly approach. He restated what I wanted help with, shared links to confirm we were on the same page, then implemented exactly what he said he would, and it translated into a clear resolution for my issue. Initial set up was pretty straight forward, but then there were a few questions I had and bits I wasn't entirely sure how to set up. I contacted the customer service team and was helped by Lemuel. They were amazing and patiently helped me set everything up. I am very happy with the results

The app does what you want, it is clear and clean! I had trouble adding the code into my Shopify store, I got helped in a few seconds, and Erwin John C helped me with super clear instructions. Problem got fixed in a 5min! Great customer service

This is a great app with excellent and prompt customer support. There was an issue with the conversion rate between Japanese yen and points, which resulted in some customers receiving the wrong amount of points, but the support team quickly resolved the problem, which was a huge help. The app offers a balanced solution for beginner shops as it allows for basic functionality with the free plan.

I’ve only been using Yotpo for a short time but I’ve submitted around 3 requests for help so far. One was complex. And every time they’ve been extremely proactive in helping me resolve any issues (most are just due to me setting something up incorrectly).
They always let you know who is dealing with your request so you feel connected to the business

Aldene most recently helped me with a number of tasks in one ticket. I have also had the pleasure of working with several different support agents that have been beyond helpful. Always so easy to get things done and the Yotpo products are also fairly easy to plug and play with. Very happy with the products and services!

App is exactly what a growing site is looking for in customer interaction. I had their customer service walk me through how to install the code on my site myself! It was quick and easy, and I'm excited to put it to use.

I rarely leave reviews, but these guys are deserving! Not only is the app robust and flexible, but their customer support was terrific.
