Jerrah was incredibly helpful in figuring out why I couldn't get the FAQ formatting to work. He fixed the problem for me quickly and the page looks great! Appreciate how quickly and efficiently he was able to assist me.
Yotpo make awesome apps and the customer service is some of the best I have experienced. One of their support staff was even helping me out over the weekend outside of his shift. Highly recommend both the Reviews and Loyalty programs from Yotpo!
Super cool and makes my website look super legit! I haven't launched yet but at least I know I'm set up to generate great attention from my shoppers and their loyalty, interest, etc. Also, the team is super helpful answering my MANY questions! Great app and thanks for making it AFFORDABLE.
I'm still learning how to use this app. I must say it is pretty easy to use and customize. The themes are well laid out and easy to use. Even better a tiered program for VIP clients! Very good work.
I got stuck with the view button because I wasn't sure if we needed it to pop-up or hover. There needs to be a way i can be seen by new customers without overcrowding the page. Perhaps i will get the hang of it.
Hopefully we don't give up too much and end up loosing. Ha-ha!

App is exactly what a growing site is looking for in customer interaction. I had their customer service walk me through how to install the code on my site myself! It was quick and easy, and I'm excited to put it to use.
I recommend this app to everyone who wishes to increase sales.
I really appreciate Swell's pricing philosophy in that they offer a free subscription plan (Bronze). It eliminates the financial entry barrier for small start-up companies to implement a rewards program to increase revenue and growth. True to Swell's claim, its relatively easy to set up and intuitive to use, and has a lot more customization flexibility compared to other platforms offering free subscriptions.
One minor issue - it would be helpful to be able to access the stylesheet when trying to customize things like the email notifications. Though to be fair, I've just started using Swell and may not yet have looked in the right place to access. :)
I've just started using the app on my store so far it's been smooth and chat has been really helpful and prompt to resolve any questions I had! Easy breezy!
