We make small-batch herbal remedies for common health concerns and just launched Swell for our rewards program. It's the perfect solution for us, since we prefer rewarding customers for loyalty and social media advocacy over random discounting. It also helps us develop a more meaningful relationship with our best customers.
Setting up the app was painless, though it does take a little time if you choose to fully customize the pop-up windows and messages that users receive. We greatly appreciate the many opportunities Swell provides to tailor the app to our own brand voice. And whenever we had questions or needed help – such as crediting existing customers with accounts with points – Josh was quick to respond. (So quick, that we think he's been cloned into a team of Joshes.)
The rewards program has been live for only a couple of days, but already we're seeing customers take advantage , and the feedback is good. Once it's been running a bit longer, we'll provide an update. But so far, we're really pleased with Swell and highly recommend it.

unfortunately i have had an extremly hard time setting up the program. it isn't easy getting a hold of people to help you. if you arent doing their professional plan for at least $1500 a month then the help they give you is very minimal and it is very complicated. the customer support isn't responsive when you have questions. ive been trying to set up the program for a week and a half with over 10 hours put into it and everything is still a mess.
