I love it so far! it was super easy to set up and customize to my brand. i had difficulty adding the rewards page to my website but i contacted support and it was done within 5 minutes of me reaching out to them. Jiemer John P helped me and he was super nice and efficient!

Fantastic app! Loads of options for rewards program and quite flexible. The only thing would be great to be able to change the text colour, otherwise with only default black, can't do the background dark.

Just uploaded together and so far so good! Really easy to set up, I already have customers signing up for their loyalty program!

I've had nothing but a great experience with the team at Yotpo. They are always willing to assist us and give us a step-by-step process of how to fix our issues. The screenshots they provide are super helpful. Jiemer John helped me recently and was kind enough to answer my follow-up questions after resolving initial my issue.

This is a great app with excellent and prompt customer support. There was an issue with the conversion rate between Japanese yen and points, which resulted in some customers receiving the wrong amount of points, but the support team quickly resolved the problem, which was a huge help. The app offers a balanced solution for beginner shops as it allows for basic functionality with the free plan.

Super easy to use. I'm sure it will bring me boatloads of customers!
