Yotpo chat service is great! Very helpful, fast and able to understand my issues and questions. Nyle M was especially helpful setting up and clarifying earning rules.
It was quite difficult for us to implement a new tool seeing as we were migrating from another, but the Yotpo support team (especially Gabriel S) are highly responsive and pick up every ticket we sent them in the 2 weeks post launch. We appreciate the quick response & turnaround even though there were quite some bugs / issues with our launch (that was specific to our previous set up). Thanks Gabriel for helping us make sense of all the new data!

The reports are not currently working so we still have to request it from your support team. Thankful however for a very responsive support team but it would be better if we can extract it on ourselves so we don't have to bother/trouble anyone.
John B was friendly and helpful, 5 stars for customer service but 4 stars as he wasn't able to resolve the problem, I may have to contact them again if it doesn't resolve on its own.
Love how the apps functions. but the drawback is the additional pay per order is something the team needs to be consider of.

Wish the vip tier was available for the lower plans, but other than that it's a relatively simply and easy to use app. Good support assistance as well for the most part
This app has helped me grow my business and I like how customizable it is. It is also easy to use. The support is very helpful and thorough with their responses. I plan to keep using it, but it would nice if there was an option to send more than one reminder email for those who do have point balances (especially if they are new to the loyalty program) because in order to do custom emails (if a customer forgot and needs an email sent on the spot) you have to be a gold plan member, which is a huge jump. I think that should at least be offered in the $30 plan. I believe this would keep loyal customers engaged and my business grow faster.
