Fairly easy app to use and I think it is great feature for any business!

just installed seems to be a good app. To early to see results yet. Easy to install. So I would recommend at this early point

Dzentia on the chat line was horrible. In the middle of my chat she disconnect and did not answer my question. This shows bad customer service skills.

Awesome app, and the free features are amazing. There were a couple of bugs but the Swell team has been on it and I've already seen improvements.
Customer service has been excellent. Recommended.
