Swel.. My store ( www.habeshify.com) is using it and loved the reward program.
It's cool, but ... WAAAAAAAAYY Too Expensive just to use the simple features you essentially need like rewards page.
You'll have to do a lot of work just to have something for your clients to interact with and redeem points; setting it up is also not easy. The actions are easy to take, but there are no real guides jumping out to help you along the way like with basically every other app we've ever seen and used in shopify. Their videos on youtube are 2 years old and don't match the current dashboard.
The app just costs way too much. $29 a month just to have a program of which you need to do a lot of designing on your own to make it functional on your website or $299 a month if you have a simple 120 orders per month and want something your customers can interact with.
What you gain in sales will easily be lost in fees for the app and discounts. Not sustainable.
Great app, plenty of features available, superior to everything else on the market. Good customer support

I haven't completed set up yet (getting all of my new shopify options set up) but so far it's easy! I'm getting excellent customer support and looking forward to blasting the news of the new (new to my business) rewards program
I know I'm going to love it and so are my customers!
So far it seems like it has everything I wanted in a Rewards app.
So far looks to be a very effective app, the free option of up too 100 sales before having to buy is a great incentive.
Am very happy with the results and the ease of set up
For starters I'll say, don't waste your time with any other App. Coming from someone who isn't real tech savvy, this app all in all was very easy to navigate, understand. When I did have questions, the chat option became my friend, and for whatever reason, the few times I used it I always spoke with Josh, that man is awesome, super helpful, provided me with tutorials to watch to better assist me. He's just great. The app is great. I've only been launched 2 days now, and I've already got customers using my rewards program. There was a slight glitch in the system today when I reached out to Customer Service, and it was quickly fixed. We need this kind of Customer Service everywhere... Great job to the Swell Team for being there for all of us when needed. Its appreciated.
