Really great App. Good support and functionality. Recommended.

I liked this program for rewarding customers. Our people are great at sharing and referrals so it was nice to be able to track that and reward. However we were receiving so many emails that required us to look up accounts, help with retrieving coupons, etc. etc. and on and on. There seems to be some gaps in how easily understood the program is, because a lot of our customers really struggled. I was also disappointed by the pricing structure. We ended up paying over $200 per month and with the hours of email on top of that there was just no way. I also felt their numbers were not quite right in regards to the amount the program was generating for you. It's a pass for me, but maybe good for others.

Great app. easy to install and customer service very responsive and helpful. I would like to be able to change font sizes and design a little more but over all very happy

Having a rewards program is an awesome way to get my customers engaged on my sites. Swell does an awesome job at providing all the necessary tools to setup a successful rewards and referral programs. There is even some tasks pre done for my sites. I'm happy and grateful for Swell!

The app works well, however, as a free plan member, it baffles me why clients that sign up through the Subscribe prompt are not automatically entered into my subscriber list on Mail Chimp.

The video does not work, so there is no guide to follow for the setup.

Just started using this app, so far its simple to use and i will write another review after i test it out.

great app love it so much just started and now will se how it all works

Used this app for months, invested over $600 and got less than half back from their service. We have lots of people signing up but the way it works it really does not do anything special to convert. They have tools but they are pretty basic. Overall its a tracking program and it does that well but it really did not create more sales.

Updated review: tried a few other options and still no good results. Here are my stats:

Value Generated: $512
Total investment: $644
Issued 1,000,000 points and 10,000 have been redeemed.

We just don't see customers increasing their spend or frequency. Programs like this just dont work that well anymore.
