WOW! TOP OF THE LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Josh spent an hour on the phone with me when I signed up..not to mention that the best time for me to do a call was around 9pm when I got home from running my shop. He was happy to be available. I have yet to see a loyalty app that is as incredible as this one! The cost for the quality is untouchable. We were even able to cancel another paid app because Swell had us covered as far as functionality goes! Just got up and going and are extremely satisfied so far! :-)

amazing customer service. i used the chat feature and it was fast and helpful. the rep was extremely nice and took the time to help me solve my issue.
