Yes, I would recommend to my friends and others. I have been using it for 5 months already and it has worked out very well for us. Planning to upgrade soon.
The customer support has been found very helpful in answering questions and addressing issues.

A bit of a slow start but I put that down to my own inexperience. Support was patient and very helpful. The developers have based upgrades on the number of monthly orders which makes far better sense than customers numbers.

If you're looking for a rewards app you can stop your search. I have gone through all the apps I could find within the app store, compared the features and Swell is by far the best. It is easy to install and works seamlessly. On top of that their support has been second to none. If you're put off by this app because it doesn't have many reviews, don't be. I've just moved from an app that had over 150 reviews as this one is so much better.

Seems to work smoothly so far. Set up instructions were clear and customization was easy.
