Yotpo: Loyalty & Rewards

Just starting using this app but so far easy to use and lots of helpful videos and advice!

Got some great help with setting up the integration into my shopify website. Vergian B was extremely helpful, and courteous. I finally am able to announce to my customers that they can utilize a rewards program! Thanks Vergian B & Yotpo!

Super easy to use, even for a novice. I love all the features, it does 99% of the work for you, and it's all super useful. And you surely can't beat the price! I had a question and they were incredibly quick to answer. I'd recommend it.

I just got it set up, but very much looking forward to using it. The tech helped me out and was excellent

I had some issues with programming but the agent was knowledgeable and responsive in showing me how to make the corrections.

Recently I just made the switch to Swell Rewards and I am REALLY happy that I did. This app is really easy to use and it is simple to set up. When you click on the rewards tab off your website, it LOOKS AWESOME and very professional. I think customers will find it very easy to follow and to have instant access to their code for the discount is great. Also, Swell did some upgrading on the app which really makes for better customization. Josh in Customer Support is absolutely fabulous in helping when you have questions. Thank you so much and I really look forward to using this app.

Glenn did a great job in helping me understand why a customer did not receive their rewards points. He went in-depth and provided excellent visuals in order for me to get a better understanding. He was patient and nice. I liked how quickly my issue was addressed and resolved. Overall it was a great experience with the chat!

This is a really helpful app, brings up a lot of sales into my store. they just recently released a newsletter signup feature, which is fully customizable. It will be great for the customers. The support is very helpful and friendly. Very great app! and its free.

This is the best loyalty program I've found for shopify. The customer service is also outstanding.
