Yotpo: Loyalty & Rewards

Just set up my points, rewards and other options in the program. For now, I'm on the bronze (free) level, which seems to offer quite a few awesome features. However, I'm disappointed because when I researched a month ago, I thought that I could be on the bronze plan and yet still use this program with my iPhone and point of sale (pos) in person. Now that I've done more research it looks as though I can't and I'll have to upgrade to silver. I'll try it out and see how I like it... Easy to set up and understand - hoping this will increase my sales!

This is a highly customizable and engaging referral and rewards platform. Our dedicated success manager helps to keep us on the right path and optimize for more customer value and revenue. The support team is excellent as well. I have worked with Chris on multiple occasions, and he's been top-notch!

Awesome app, and the free features are amazing. There were a couple of bugs but the Swell team has been on it and I've already seen improvements.

This app has been great so far. It has a lot of features for a loyalty rewards program. Best of all, it's free if you have 100 orders or less each month.

One thing they are missing right now is automatically syncing new email captures to your list. Hope they can add that soon.

So far this has been a great tool. I struggled to find great email marketing for my business to grow and with in 5 minutes I have already sent the launch email to all my customers!!

Rewards and Referrals by Swell is a great App to have especially if you are just starting out in the online business. It help to bring traffic to your site and increase sales as well. I would recommend it.

This app is incredible, and limited by your imagination. I am still working on other creative ways that my customers can earn points. I liken it to the achievement system or trophy system from Xbox and Playstation.

Give this a shot. The free system is more than adequate to help you get a feel for what it can do.
