Love this app and the quick support! It makes a lot of difference in terms of getting technical answers responded to at a faster pace than submitting a ticket via email. Great feature!

I've just started using the app, and so far so good! The customer service is right on. Immediately I had an answer to my question and even received personalization for the app on my website. The design fits in really well with my shopify template. Very very happy with these guys. Excited to see my customers make use of this awesome rewards program.

I am extremely pleased with the customer service for this app. Twice this week I have had questions and gone to the online chat. Both times I was connected with Kerby and received excellent customer service. Very efficient, quick and helpful. Explained things to me so I could easily understand and even sent pictures showing menus to help me locate things easier when learning where to customize screens.
