Great app! Great support! Was looking for the right referral & loyalty app for a long time. Was confused by many offers that not clear and overpriced. Swell is easy to setup, configure, and looks great in our shop www.onedtq.com

Just tried it out and so far it is awesome

super easy to use and it goes well with store's aesthetic style.

Very easy to walk-through and create coupons for all of your customers! I really enjoy the convenience!

Onboarding process is never-ending. "dedicated customer success manager" is a scam, she is not available and does not know the system well enough to assist. Support is not supportive at all and the overall attitude feels like somebody's doing a favour and not like a service for an app that costs a fortune. Very disappointed.

What can I say? This app is fantastic, we've already seen an increase in our customer interaction and repeat sales.. Our customers love this!
We had some issues with an old app, but the customer support was amazing and Josh and his team sorted it out extremely quickly!

This is probably the best loyalty app out there for free. Not only user-friendly, but it packs a full of features that other apps charge extra.
