Yotpo loyalty & rewards has multiple ways to earn points, understandable interface and easy to set up. The customer service is always responsive and patient when I met problems in the process of setting, GREAT APP.
Very usefull application and easy to understand
Im just about to launch it shortly on the free plan so i haven't got much to say except It would be nice to have more features such as rewards page given to bronze members as eventually the business will scale and it would be upgraded anyway. I would also like the instagram feature for the bronze. It would be nice for customers to see so they can do more referrals and sign on the instagram. Like i mentioned, if the business scales quicker, the quicker the upgrade to a higher plan.
I think its a very good app.After getting more sell, I will send you thanks giving letter.

I'm using this app to reward my customers. The app works great, there is a lot to customize in this app, also there are different kind of rewards that your customers can redeem and it's great. The support is very swift and accurate, almost immediately after I asked for help, I got it. Gret app, great customer service, recommend this app!
This review is initially based off of what I am seeing and they are supposed to be reaching out to me soon to go over why they are using all orders to calculate the charge. At least they are responsive. I'll update as we work through this issue. I started this App up last week, and at least half of the orders were never placed when the App was being used, so that struck me as incorrectly counting orders towards charging a fee. I also place manual orders through our shipping App to ship company documents, as well as replacement orders, returns, etc, and those are not true customer placed orders, so I do not think it's fair to utilize this metric as a basis for charging and I hope they're willing to fix this or work out a better resolve, so we'll wait and see. Either way, I'll hear them out to see why in their app it says all orders for the entire month are used to calculate charges and see if there is a misunderstanding. Also, it is showing one email is responsible for clicking the link 39 times, so I am waiting to hear how that metric is calculated.
This is a decent tool for referrals and the amount you can do for free is just great.
This is a great app with excellent and prompt customer support. There was an issue with the conversion rate between Japanese yen and points, which resulted in some customers receiving the wrong amount of points, but the support team quickly resolved the problem, which was a huge help. The app offers a balanced solution for beginner shops as it allows for basic functionality with the free plan.
