Yotpo: Loyalty & Rewards

Its great. Its does far more than you would think. Just started using it and so far its working well.

The free version was quick to set up and hassle-free. Customization helped it fit in with my store's theme and it was good to go within minutes!

Yotpo/Swell have built a very robust app with a good support team. Each member has been knowledgeable and helpful. Even had to customize some javascript on my checkout to accommodate my users and Jiemer helped me build new javascript making the process painless!

Every since we started using this app, it has increased our repeat business tremendously. It is so easy to use and customize. I think every business should have this on their store.

Super easy to set up and I love the fact that it can be customised to visually integrate into a website. This is the only rewards app that also allows social engagement rewards and friend referral rewards within their free plan. It covers all bases of what you'd expect from a rewards programme. The support from these guys is AMAZING (so fast, so helpful) !!! I can't recommend this app and the support behind it highly enough. 10/10

The app does what you want, it is clear and clean! I had trouble adding the code into my Shopify store, I got helped in a few seconds, and Erwin John C helped me with super clear instructions. Problem got fixed in a 5min! Great customer service

Looks good so far and isn't so difficult to use. I wish there was a campaign where customers can earn points for writing reviews and sharing items they purchased on Facebook and other social mediums.

The customer service was indeed swell (pun totally intended)! We're very excited about the new tools to make work easier for us, and right now the app is definitely the one we've been looking for.

Just downloaded this app tonight and immediately wanted to know if I could give points to the customers who had been shopping since my site opened. I also wanted to know if I could change the position of the "rewards" tab on my website. So I sent a chat at 1:45AM and immediately got a response from Rachel A. She was EXTREMELY helpful! She knew immediately how to solve each question I had, and even gave me more information for the future. There was no waiting time. I am beyond impressed!
