Awesome app. Great potential for gaining new customers. Worked great during user testing.

Great App! Its very easy to use and customize to match your stores needs.

Easy to set up with some pretty fun features.

The support was great until you're actually a paying customer. Then it dropped off and all but disappeared. Swell never worked on the POS. Support wasn't helpful. Then I downgraded to the free account, my shop qualifies, but I'm still locked out with the app demanding payment and once again support hasn't helped.

Swell is such a great app! Amazing customization for a vital part of a shopping experience! And the customer service is unbelievable. Josh has helped me with any and all questions I've thrown at him, from ridiculous quirks to code issues. Must have!

So far so good. I had a lot of questions while trying to set it up so that's is why I gave a 4. Seems to be better than the other reward apps I tried in terms of options and rewards you can offer are really good.

Did exactly what it says it does.... very easy and intuitive once you are set up

SO FAR SO GOOD... EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE .. A NICE AND EASY SIMPLE TO USE LOYALTY / POINTS REWARD PROGRAM .... WOULD RECOMEND
