The interface is a little clunky as is the support documentation, however, the customer service team are great and at your disposal should you need any guidance which is a real help.

Swell is really great for my new business!
Took me a bit to learn, but once I navigated to all the different settings, I was able to get the rewards ready for our customers to start signing up. Great useful tool for giving incentives to our customers.
So far so good, I'm not great with computers so I'm slowly working my way through it and not sure if I have it all correct yet but I can see how this would benefit my business. I will hopefully get in touch with their support soon
