App store: $199 – 800 orders, app already installed – 500 orders, and when you increase it to 800, it now costs $259. To me, this seems very suspicious and like a scam right from the start, and that's only half the features. If you want all the features, it costs $699 for 1000 orders.

Thanks for your feedback, and We're sorry for any confusion. Our pricing does include both a base fee and a variable component based on order volume, which we show clearly on our pricing page and simulator https://www.yotpo.com/pricing/#/loyalty-referrals.

The onboarding process is very poorly designed. This seems to be a very new software. I expected more from Yopto
