Hi, I've been working with Yotpo for several years now, and they are an excellent company to partner with. I want to especially applaud their support team specifically Yoben M who went above and beyond on a complicated issue I was have with a customer redemption. He took his time to answer all my questions, was very patient, and provide examples. Thank you!
Horrible experience.
The company keeps charging my credit card even after i un installed the app. I reached out to them after I un installed the app and to not charge my credit card but they still kept doing it and told me that under the contract they were able to do it as both parties need to say in writing 30 days before to cancel. I was on a enterprise custom plan and was paying a hefty amount as well.
And on top of this the real issue is that they automatically renewed the contract for another year with even notifying me first.
When i asked them that I was not informed about the continuation of the contract they said and i quote
"a. Make sure our clients' shoppers' experience is seamless and uninterrupted.
b. Plan our budget and roadmap according to our annual agreements. We are making sure we foresee partnerships year over year and plan accordingly. "
this is a company that does not care anything about their customers and have sneaky ways to empty out your pockets.

I just got started for my small business with Loyalty & Rewards, Email & SMS, and Reviews & UGC. The ecosystem all together is more expensive than some of the competitors I was looking at, but no one else includes all the functionality and seamless integration as far as I can tell. This seems like a big win for our team and for our customers. I'm excited to get going and start to unlock a lot of this functionality over time.
