I have used Yotpo as a Site Merchandiser for awhile now and greatly appreciate their help. The chat feature is extremely helpful when you need an answer quick and today, Maritel was on and helped me out lickitysplit. I learned more about earning rules from them and fixed the issue I was having. Great service all-round.

I just got started for my small business with Loyalty & Rewards, Email & SMS, and Reviews & UGC. The ecosystem all together is more expensive than some of the competitors I was looking at, but no one else includes all the functionality and seamless integration as far as I can tell.
