Hi, I've been working with Yotpo for several years now, and they are an excellent company to partner with. I want to especially applaud their support team specifically Yoben M who went above and beyond on a complicated issue I was have with a customer redemption. He took his time to answer all my questions, was very patient, and provide examples. Thank you!

I just got started for my small business with Loyalty & Rewards, Email & SMS, and Reviews & UGC. The ecosystem all together is more expensive than some of the competitors I was looking at, but no one else includes all the functionality and seamless integration as far as I can tell. This seems like a big win for our team and for our customers. I'm excited to get going and start to unlock a lot of this functionality over time.

Disappointed with Yotpo Loyalty and Reviews. Basic features like percentage-based discounts — which are essential for how we run our business — are locked behind their most expensive plan. It feels like they charge premium prices for bare minimum functionality. Definitely not worth the cost for what you get.
