The app looks very promising and the installation and setup felt intuitive. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get it working as expected. I reached out to support but did not receive the assistance needed to resolve the issue.

It seems like a great solution and exactly what I was looking for, but improved support would make a big difference to the overall experience.

Application super bien faite. Le scan des produits est super rapide et efficace. Nous l'utilisons pour vérifier l'inventaire plutôt que faire de la vente libre-service, mais je ne doute pas que ça fonctionnerait bien aussi pour ça. Le scan des produits fonctionne bien mieux que dans l'application Shopify. Le support fourni par l'équipe, dont Olivier, est excellent. Je recommande fortement.

Tried to connect so many times with the Support but not getting response to activate the location. Showcasing of this App is excellent but the support is too poor, no one can run this app without support.
