The support service is a complete failure. They didn't answer my question, didn't solve the problem, so they advised me to... switch to another app! Brilliant, just a top service. They probably don't believe in their own brainchild. If you want to waste your time and nerves, you're welcome.

You reached out to us, and we responded instantly with a clear solution: enable the app embed from the Shopify theme customizer. That’s literally the one thing required for the app to function. Instead of following this simple instruction, you responded with sarcasm — as if you're too experienced to miss a basic step. Yet, you did miss it (DUMB).
We still remained professional and gave you an honest suggestion — try another app if our app doesn’t meet your needs. Amazing, you give us 1 start with bad review. I really appreciate your hard work in writing this nonsense review.
I recommend everyone to ignore his childish behavior. You can see how much time he wasted writing a paragraph to prove his point, which isn't true and is nonsense.
We usually don't respond like this, but we don't want to serve the worst merchant like him, and we will make sure he won't be able to use our service anymore.
