GST Invoice & Inventory ‑Swipe

When I subscribed to Swipe, I chose the annual plan because it clearly stated that there was a Shopify integration at a reasonable price. For the first few months, I was able to automatically generate invoices through Shopify without any issues. However, now I'm being told that only the first 100 users were allowed to generate invoices and that I was "lucky" to have created over 2,000 invoices within the "free limit."

This limitation was never mentioned at the time of purchase, and now a key feature has been removed despite my active subscription. It feels incredibly misleading and unfair. If this was a known restriction, it should have been clearly communicated upfront. This feels like a bait-and switch tactic to get users to commit to a long-term plan.

I hope Swipe will reconsider this decision or provide a fair resolution for existing subscribers who signed up under different expectations.
