I’ve been using the Swipe Billing App for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my business. Managing billing, stock, and accounts has become so effortless. The app is simple, fast, and beautifully designed, which makes daily work feel smooth and organised.

Creating invoices, tracking sales, and managing inventory takes just a few clicks. The barcode and GST billing features are a huge plus and save me a lot of time every day.

When I subscribed to Swipe, I chose the annual plan because it clearly stated that there was a Shopify integration at a reasonable price. For the first few months, I was able to automatically generate invoices through Shopify without any issues. However, now I'm being told that only the first 100 users were allowed to generate invoices and that I was "lucky" to have created over 2,000 invoices within the "free limit."

This limitation was never mentioned at the time of purchase, and now a key feature has been removed despite my active subscription. It feels incredibly misleading and unfair. If this was a known restriction, it should have been clearly communicated upfront. This feels like a bait-and switch tactic to get users to commit to a long-term plan.

I hope Swipe will reconsider this decision or provide a fair resolution for existing subscribers who signed up under different expectations.
