I’ve been a loyal user of this app for a long time, but recently I’ve encountered significant issues with reaching support. Despite patiently waiting for days, there has been no update or resolution. It’s incredibly disappointing. The helpdesk and scheduling help websites crash every time I try to access them, which is beyond frustrating. If you have discontinued your service, please inform us so we can make arrangements to switch to another platform.
No support at all, make yourself a favour and search a different app.
They don’t answer to an issue in their app even after we sent several messages.
How can we have support from you since you have not answered the chat messages on the page or through WhatsApp for months?
Un desastre de Aplicación, de repente los productos no se sincronizan, no se puede acceder al gestor de la aplicación. El servicio de atención al cliente es lamentable...

Bought a 'Life' plan, with a very high one-off payment, but figured would be economic over a couple of years. Functionality has recently been withdrawn (even though my dashboard says it is included in the plan) and I have to pay extra to get it back.
Quick and easy to deploy BUT customer service is non-existent. Constant issues and not unusual to wait 2-3 days for a reply, which can be damaging to your business if it's stopping sales.
I Bought the app and now no more support. They will not fix issues.my app doe snot open and way too slow. I literally need to beg them to even get a little help. I am migrating to other app builder.i will never use them again. one of the most horrible experience.
This is an edited app review after using it for around 6 months, no doubt this is fabolous app but there is no support at all. Means i have been followingup for one thing for last 3 months, but nobody cares to give answers. If you need support, give them 1 star rating here and somebody will connect and solve the issue, then you can revise the rating when your work is done, there is no other way to get support.
Can't seem to access our swipecart account or page & have no way of contacting the swipecart support team. Will change this review if they respond...
I use this app to help me but it's not really helping me the plans that you guys are offering cost too much for someone like me starting off you guys should at least offer abandoned cart to bring back the customer so we're able to purchase more of your products and make it make sense i I will be deleting thank you

Thank you for your review. Under starter plan you get the option to send up to 10k notifications. Abandoned cart push notifications are supported under basic plan. You can upgrade anytime to the basic plan and start using the abandoned cart push notifications. Please reach out to us anytime if you have any other feedback.

The app is fairly user-friendly, but it has too many features for someone as busy as me, a business owner. I've been attempting to cancel my subscription and can't find an option for downgrading or cancellation on the Plans & Billing page. I've made efforts to get in touch through the help icon, WhatsApp, and email, but I've received no response. If you're interested in building your own app, this might be a good fit. However, for me, it's just too time-consuming.
