I am absolutely thrilled to share my experience with the Swipecart app builder and commend the incredible teamwork behind this revolutionary platform. From start to finish, my journey with Swipecart has been nothing short of exceptional.
The Swipecart team's especially Himanshu & Krishna's commitment to excellence is truly commendable. They go above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience for their users, providing top-notch customer support and promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries. Their responsiveness and willingness to assist have made me feel valued as a customer.

As a Client i didnt like the way how their support works.
1st i contacted them , the support replied in sometime and i had to wait hours for each reply from them on our support conversation, i told them this is unprofessional , if they cant provide proper support better don't provide any from the start.

i reached them out to fix my Swatch into images instead of buttons & to add extra Click Extra button which is already added in the website i just wanted this synced in the application , and they told me give us access and tomorrow we will do it.
i gave access waited for next day , the support contacted me that they did the R&D and the botton that i requested to implement needs the Enterprise plan or advanced. its a simple button that needs to be synced in the app and instead of retaining me as a startup client they turned me down.
thats not the issue, i could find many other competing app that would love to retain clients.
i contacted the support telling them i will not proceed with the enerprise or advanced i will go for started , just fix the Swatch image for me at least. the support went hours seeing my messages and not answering a word.
Extreme UNPROFESIONALISM.

I recommend swipercart to anyone looking for the best app builder at affordable price. then i suggest this app builder. It is easy to install and I really appreciate the customer service, the guy I am talking to Whatsapp Mrs. Sonali Mishra they were able to help me from app design and She has resolved my other issue. Thank you guys at swipercard and keep up the good work.

Terrible customer service I have an issue with Swipe Cart mobile App builder, you have the App listed as free on the App Store, then once I get on the information section I realized that you have many Paid plans. There is a free plan but there is a fee for uploading your App to the App the store of $49, my main issue is I downloaded the App and there is a trial time for the free plan as well, now you are asking me to pay $49 in order to access the free plan. I think this is misleading! You have not address this concern even though I reached out to you a few times, you keep asking me if I want a 7 day extension on the plan which is free. There is no way it is ethical to ask me to pay $49 to access the free plan when you have $49 listed for uploading the Apps to the App(s) store. I would not recommend this App for beginners, moreover customer service is poor, they just ignore you.

Started using Swipecart after trying to build our own custom e-commerce app for almost 2 years. This solved our headaches and made it super easy for us to quickly deploy on both the Apple store and Google play store. This gives our customers the convenience of using our app and keep coming back to shop from us. The best thing is that now our recurring customers have increased because of the automated in-app notifications that Swipecart offers us. Highly recommend if you are looking for an easy way to have an app and take your business to the next level.

So we have been searching for an App Builder to help us integrate to our Shopify backend, found multiple options and some are really good also. We took a lot of time reviewing the options and we were lucky enough to take that much time, as Swipecart was released during our investigation.

I can say that we are fortunate to be one of the adopters of their lifetime Enterprise offer. The team went beyond normal customization to help us adapt the app to our region and tricky customer base.

Thanks to all the team that helped us achieve our goal and I am sure this will only be the start for a long fruitful journey for both of us.

1. The portal is very rich and easy to use, the builder UI functionality is systematic and simple.
2. The ever growing list of integrations and plugis.
3. List of unique features that are specific to them, for example "Swipe Mode" and "Translation" sheet

swipecart give me wonderful support and service experience . They did a great job designing the app for my store. Respond fairly quickly. I definitely recommend them for building your first mobile app.
