We have been using this app since we switched to Shopify. If there are any problems, they are actually always because of Swiss Post. And if you have a question or want to report problems, you always get friendly help within a reasonable time. We can recommend the app 100%.

Direkten Support gibt es nicht, man gelangt auf eine Seite ohne Impressum, ohne direkte Kontaktmöglichkeit, nur einige FAQs. So kann man es auch machen...
Das Review tut weh, weil wir nicht nachvollziehen können, was genau das Problem war. Wir haben in der App sowie auf unserer Website einen direkten Messenger mit dem du uns sofort erreichst und typischerweise antworten wir in maximal 2-3 Stunden. Wir haben dich seit dem Review mehrmals versucht zu erreiche, aber leider ohne Erfolg. Sehr gerne würden wir dir helfen und gerne auch besser verstehen, wo wir uns noch verbessern können, damit das was dich gestört hat nicht nochmals passiert. Wenn du magst, melde dich doch sehr gerne via Messenger direkt aus der App oder auch gerne einfach via Mail an info@swisspostlabelprinter.ch und wir schauen zusammen weiter.
nutze die App seit Jahre und sind mega zufrieden. Wurde stetig verbessert und auch die neuste Oberfläche lässt sich super einfach bedienen und ist sehr intuitiv. Egal ob Anfänger oder neue Mitarbeiter, eine kurze Einführung in die Oberfläche und es kann losgehen. Support war immer schnell und all unsere Probleme konnten zeitnah gelöst werden. Absolute Empfehlung für jeden der Shopify nutzt und mit der Post versendet!

I have been using this app since 2021 and we have generated around 25'000 labels with them and never had any issue. Easy to use and great value/cost, also the customer service is very fast and friendly.
