Support is super helpful and the app works well.
I was able to set my availability schedule and the voice mail functionality is great. Customers can always call and get help.

Good way to get a phone number so customers can contact me with any questions and I really like the schedule feature, it's very useful. All around great app.

Syncing is seamless, and the app keeps everything up to date between stores, which has saved me so much time. No more worrying about different inventories or product details getting out of sync.

Highly recommend the app. Support is good and the app does exactly what I need, provide a toll-free number with voicemail.

I used this app to have a business phone number to enable me to have separate business and personal lines (not using mobile) as I do not have a land line. It was quick and easy to install with no issues. I also thought it would be a great way for customers to see that there is a dedicated customer line which they can ring through too as well.

So impressed by how helpful is Oliver. and I continue add this app for my new stores since it meets my needs. thank you

Love this app! Switchboard helps to organize my calls fluidly to one “1-800” number that forwards to my chosen line. There is also a call back option to call back from your 1-800 line. Several plans to choose from. Customer service is fast and spot on.

I used this app to be able to list a phone number on my website to qualify for Google Merchants. It does the job and I would definitely look to upgrade if my needs expand as Oliver was proactive and helpful!

This app is wonderful at first I was using the free version but upgraded so that I would have the custom voicemail for my business...I had a few kinks however Oliver was very responsive and personally created a fix that will not only help me but any other business owners that are looking to have a custom professional voicemail recording set up for their business while still having the ability to forward to their personal phone.

this app helps me a lot, I can easily craft a welcome message to caller, choose between receiving calls or forwarding to voice mail.. in general, the app does what it is supposed to do.

Currently on the free plan having the calls forwarded to my cell phone and works like a charm. Very easy to set up too.

I run a USA targeted store from outside USA and it looked great to have a US number for customers. At first my country wasn't available to forward to, but Oliver fixed this real quick! Really great app for customer service, easy to set up and great support!
One of my customers also used it to leave a message regarding one of her purchases, and the whole process was simple and easy and made for a great customer experience as well as building trust.
Would highly recommend it.

Oliver is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was patient with me because I had a few questions. Nothing better than having your questions answered when you get lost!! App was easily installed, does everything we need it to and is easy to use. We get several calls a day and the app helps with turning them into sales.
