I installed this app but never subscribed to any monthly plan. I uninstalled it, yet I was still charged $20 for a monthly subscription. I also cannot find a clear way to cancel or remove the charge. This feels misleading and very frustrating. Please refund the charge and make the cancellation process clear.
Love this app and the customer service. The app does exactly what it says it does. We've never missed a call and call-forwarding is seamless. This is the only app we've been using since the beginning. They also showed us a lot of support and kindness when we needed it. Thank you Oliver!
Support is super helpful and the app works well.
I was able to set my availability schedule and the voice mail functionality is great. Customers can always call and get help.
