Support is very responsive and went above and beyond to help, including with custom code assistance and advice on how to connect with the Flow app! The registry app is very functional and was easy to customize for our needs, we highly recommend this app!!!
A pior experiência que tive com atendimento, enviei 5 e-mails solicitando a resolução de vários problemas com as listas e nenhuma resposta, os clientes compram e os produtos não mudam o status, o sistema é instavel, fica fora do ar o tempo todo.
Horrível porém não posso simplesmente retirar porque os clientes já fizeram suas lista.

However, it appears that at the time of your installation, there were issues with page linking and a third-party app was obstructing our app from accurately recording order details. We resolved the issues as soon as you reported them and sent you a confirmation however looks like the emails ended up in your spam folder.

I'm almost hesitant to write this review because I secretly want to keep this Shopify app all to myself! Not only does it offer the best tech solution by far, but the level of support and responsiveness from the team behind it is truly outstanding. What truly sets this app apart, however, is the incredible customer support. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, the team was there to help promptly and with a friendly attitude. They went above and beyond to ensure that the app looked perfect for our brand, down to the last detail.
