The support was great and very helpful and with their help we could use the wishlist was we wanted to. However, it would have been great to also be able to have specific settings within the app (e.g. Language changers) that we could automatically apply, instead of having to contact the support.

We also found the customer support to be excellent. The response time is quick and the team are very helpful. Not only did we need some customisation which was implemented perfectly, they even went as far as assisting the developer for another app to make the two apps work together seamlessly.
