Wishlist Plus

We recently integrated the Wishlist Plus extension by SWYM into our store, and I must say, it's been a fantastic addition. The feature not only enhances our website's user experience by allowing customers to create and manage their wishlists effortlessly, but it also includes a REST API, making it incredibly straightforward to incorporate into our mobile integration app. This integration capability will significantly improve our customer engagement and overall satisfaction.

Moreover, the support team at SWYM deserves a special mention for their enthusiastic and professional service. However, there's a small suggestion for improvement. It would be more efficient if the REST API configuration process could automatically provide the REST API Key upon activation, eliminating the need to contact the support team. Additionally, enabling this feature on the Product List view and Quick view could be made more automated. These enhancements would undoubtedly make an already excellent tool even more valuable.

Overall, Wishlist Plus has proven to be an indispensable extension for our e-commerce business, driving both functionality and customer satisfaction.

Have only just begun using this app, however, the support is outstanding. Every question answered very quickly and completely. Follow-up is excellent!

We started using Wishlist Plus a few months ago but needed some additional tweaking after making some changes to our Shopify store yesterday. The team at Swim was again super helpful in helping everything look good and work well.

I will say is that we have tried a number of other wishlist apps which did not meet our needs. Either the functionality did not work or the they said the options we needed were available but they just could not customize them.

Everyone at Wishlist Plus has been so helpful throughout our whole customization process. Right down to the very details, we always felt supported in the design we were looking to achieve. We appreciated the swift response and thorough exploration of our vision.

We are so happy to have a wishlist app which will work and will do what our customers want it to do.

Great app for businesses. Some components of customisation were not as straight forward for the regular user, however, in saying that, their tech support has been top notch! They were so helpful and prompt with helping me implement changes during a particularly busy Black Friday sale period.

This is very useful app when I am working on shopify wishlist. And the guide is clear and helpful for me to integrate. And the support team was quick to answer your question and help you handle all problems, all of them are very gentle. Thanks a lot and hope it could be more successful.

I haven't had many issues with this app, which is wonderful. When I have though, the help has been really prompt. Making sure the integration to my website is seamless and the aesthetic is the same as my theme. I've been super happy with the support, which I find is rare now days. Great app. Great price (free) and it does what I need it to do. Thank you.
