This app has been great for increasing customer engagement! The developers have been very helpful with any questions that have arisen, and helped me with placement of icons when I was at a loss. We also appreciate the data provided on what our customers are loving on our website. Great app all around!

Amasing feature really helped me keep track of my customere wish list. And the customer support is incredible less than a minute and they had me all setup!

I ran into an issue where when I changed from Floating Bar to Menu, the bar would still show up. This was only on my desktop. On mobile it went away. I opened a ticket and response time was reasonable. They informed me that I needed to clear my cache to get rid of the bar. It worked but it's a pain. Imagine if you have a super busy site and you decide to make this change. Potentially, everyone who's been to your site will see both unless they happened to clear their cache.

For me, being free offsets the issue, still giving 5 Stars.
