Trying their app for the first time. I saw the upgrade had a special discount, so I signed up for it. However, the billing was inaccurate as they billed me for the regular rate. When I reached out to the team, they honored that particular rate. Thank you, Wishlist Plus. This goes a long way and shows your integrity.

Great idea, many functions. App doesn't bring so many sales as it can: there are issues with translation, sometimes app admin pages response error 500. support answers fast, but works only 8/5 - not enough while boarding. Price is to high, but now it has a deal, because of it we still trying to implement.

The worst customer support I have seen, and I have seen a lot of people, these guys are first of all late to answer, then only repeat the same solutions again and again and again, feels like I am talking to AI.
Seriously only add this app if you want hassle

The app has good support and a fast response rate and made adjustments to suit my website. Works well on desktop and mobile, and will look at using this app long term .
