The worst customer support I have seen, and I have seen a lot of people, these guys are first of all late to answer, then only repeat the same solutions again and again and again, feels like I am talking to AI.
Seriously only add this app if you want hassle

While reviewing your store's configuration, we noticed that the Add to Wishlist button on the collections page had a few incomplete classes due to which the buttons were not working as expected. Making changes to this code will fix the button and we can surely get that fixed for you.
Nevertheless, this is certainly not the experience we want our valuable customers like you to have. If you are still looking for a solution please reply to our email and we will get this resolved for you. If a call works better we would be more than happy to help resolve your concerns over a call as well.
The most confusing, broken, half baked user interface I have ever seen. Don't bother.

Upon reviewing your requirement and the store's configuration, we noticed that the Mail List checkbox is disabled. This setting impacts the emails captured via the Guest User Popup, due to which the entries appear as "No" under the Opted for Marketing List column. Additionally, for product email updates, we observed that Klaviyo is enabled for your store. To ensure emails are sent to customers, the necessary flows should be built and activated within Klaviyo.
We understand the confusion this might have caused, and we tried to explain the same in our chat conversation as well. We will be more than happy to assist you with the end-to-end setup and provide further clarification and support for the features. After a while they will force you to upgrade to higher plan and pay more. Be aware.

On checking why you received the upgrade emails we noticed that you had reached the app usage quota for your plan. We send out alerts when you’ve used up 80% of your quota so that you can upgrade the app on time, and to avoid any disruptions to your customers. The plan quotas and site session traffic limits are, in fact, published on our Pricing page, so I am sorry this came as a surprise to you and that you felt you were being forced to upgrade. We were merely enforcing the plan limits/rules that are clearly documented.

I chose to test their plans for the website plugin, but no matter what I did, I couldn't click any buttons on the 'Welcome to Wishlist Plus' page. It took me half an hour, and I'm really disappointed.

Upon investigating the issue, we found that clicking on the "Go to theme editor" button did not redirect to the theme customizer as expected. This typically occurs when a browser has a popup blocker configuration enabled and we suspect that this could have been the issue on your end as well.

Impossible remove the icon, its not working.... its not useful.... please remove it from my store please....

Upon reviewing your store, we noticed that the app setup is not yet complete. As a result, none of our app scripts have been injected into your store yet, and thus the wishlist-related icons currently displayed appear to belong to different apps, and not from Wishlist Plus.
We tried reaching out to you to clarify this, but we did not hear back from you. We would love the opportunity to assist you in setting up our app and resolving any concerns you may have. I had this app on my store and it just did not intergrate with it very well. Customers could not save for later or add to wishlist and when you tried to navigate back to store with continue shopping that didn't work either, so had to uninstall it.. I personally found it very frustrating.

Our app is designed to seamlessly integrate with all Shopify themes by default. Upon installation, the Wishlist and Save for Later features should have operated smoothly but there are some rare instances where that doesn’t happen. installed the app and it defaulted to installing on an old theme and broke our site. Lucky i saved a backup of our current theme before installing this app. dont recommend

While installing the app, you will see a dropdown that allows you to choose the theme you want to enable the app on and we make sure that we do not touch any other themes. Hence there is no way the app will get enabled on an old theme unless it is selected.
We have also taken extra care to make sure that our app is compatible with all Shopify themes so that it does not break the store in any way.
We tried reaching out to you, to see if we can set up the app for you in a way that it is most suitable for the theme you are using however we did not hear back from you. not worth the cost
STAY AWAY FROM THISDEVELOPER! the app is crap and when you try to remove it they will crash your website! we installed a new app and were trying for over 2 months to remove their code on the back end! it is impossible to remove!!!!!!!!!! I gave them access again to remove it on the draft theme I created, they crashed that theme, it was showing 404 error, and then they proceeded to mess with the live theme (which worked ok) and now i have a bunch of heart icons on pages (two per page) and on the landing page which were not there yesterday! Absolutely unprofessional to intentionally put bugs in the theme just because we switched to another app!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We generally follow the process of not making any code edits to the live theme without approval - and that's been true in your case as well. We have been updating only the draft theme that you had created for us. Our support team has shared a video recording of the edits that were made which clearly highlighted the theme name. We'd never intentionally create issues with the theme files and crash your store.
We have requested multiple times to get on a call with us to explain the errors in the draft theme and why we feel the error was pointing to a different source. We still want to help you in removing the app snippets from your theme files. Our team has responded to your email, hopefully, we can get on call this time, to address the open issues.
DO NOT INSTALL! it is like a cancer to your store! you will NEVER get rid of their code. the code is planted in several sections of the theme and even if you uninstall it , it stays behind and will mess up any OTHER WISH LIST app that you try to install after that! Their customer support is in india and after 3 months of messing up my store I had to hire a developer and pay to get rid of them!

We noticed that you had installed the Wishlist plus app in August of 2021 and also looks like the code to add the wishlist icon to the header was manually added to your theme files, which means that it will need to be manually removed. We have since automated this via a tool, but given this was done back in 2021, the process was manual.
We take the responsibility of modifying a merchant’s site code very seriously, and have a documented process in place to remove any manual changes that have been added for our app, when the app is uninstalled. Given we lose access to the site as soon as the app is uninstalled, we can only do this when we have an explicit request from the merchant and the requisite permissions to remove the code we added.
For your store, we do some remnant code from the Header changes that were added. They are easy and straightforward to remove and we’ll be happy to take care of that for you, but need you to give us access to do so. We’ve written to you in this context so we can assist but haven't heard back. Please reply to our email and let us know if we can take care of this for you. Thanks again!
