We've had a fantastic experience with Wishlist Plus. Their customer service is top-notch—fast, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Any time we needed assistance, their team jumped in right away and got things done efficiently, saving us the time and cost of hiring additional developers.
The app itself integrates seamlessly and offers the features we need without a complicated setup. If you're looking for a powerful wishlist solution with excellent support behind it, Wishlist Plus is the way to go. Highly recommended! Customers are already engaging with the app and the dashboard report is very intuitive.

I'm using Symmetry, which is the third most popular Shopify theme, but it doesn’t function properly.
It works on the first page of the collection, but NOT on the second page.
It does NOT work in the "You may also like" section below the product detail page.
When you select options like "New to Old" or "Best Seller" in the collection page filters, it does NOT work.
On collection and product pages, the favorite/like count appears only after 5–10 seconds.
I’m tired of opening a new ticket every day for a different issue. I'm now considering alternatives. These are just the bugs I’ve personally found — who knows how many other parts of the site are affected?
The support team is trying to help, but I'm spending so much time reporting bugs and waiting for fixes that I can't focus on my actual business.
Additionally, we’re on the Pro plan at $59 per month because the lower plan automatically shuts off once a specific limit is reached.
I had a couple of issues to fix (not the app, more due to extra coding I had on my website). I tried to fix, and got no where. The support team were great, really responsive and fixed the issues really quickly (within about 30 minutes!). I thought they would be in a different time zone so would take at least 24 hrs, not the case! Really great support, thanks guys.
Very useful app! The Wishlist feature works perfectly and has helped improve user engagement on my store. Support is always quick to respond. Highly recommended!

During initial setup the wishlist team was extremely helpful fine tuning little details to customize our branding. Customers have been loving the wishlist option added to our site. It’s only less than a week, but so far I’m very happy with the programming abilities the pro version of the app offers, and very happy with customer service, their attention to details and how often and quickly they follow up.
The app works great and fits perfectly with our website's design. Dharuneswar, in particular, and the support team were incredibly helpful setting it up and with the English version of the wishlist.
