If you're trying to get this app working with Klaviyo - then you have a lot of pain ahead of you. The Klaviyo integration was the main reason we selected this app over other wishlist apps. Given the mostly positive reviews, I was expecting the integration and set-up to be easy and well documented. It's neither. The support team is slow to respond, and when they do respond, the assume a level of understanding which I don't have. There is no documentation on how to complete the Klaviyo integration, and no documentation on how to set up the email flows. Seven weeks after installing the app, I'm still in the dark about what we need to do. I'm not an IT person, but the Swym support team seems to think I am. Proceed with caution.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you had such a disappointing experience with us. I looked through the support request you had open with us and we didn't do nearly enough to make sure you had a smooth onboarding experience, so you are completely justified in feeling let down.
The Klaivyo integration steps are actually documented in detail on our site - you can access these docs at https://swym.it/playbooks/. I am not seeing that we shared this information with you, so we are reviewing our support response to see why that didn't happen. Please accept my sincere apologies, this is not the standard we strive for and we have certainly fallen short in this case. We had a little issue to integrate and the guys have been massively fast to reply and fix. Really good!
Great app! Customer support is live 24/7 and the UI is fully customizable. You won't be disappointed
Easy to install and great support from the developers. Can't wait to see how it will improve my customer retention over time.
there was a glitch after registering that did not allow me to go back into the dashboard to make visual changes.
I emailed support and they responded and resolved it quickly.
Good system to start with, I am still playing around. This is my first time using the program! it is not too difficult for a beginner, editing my review later when i find out more
The team is accommodating and provides excellent and prompt responses. Just new to the app and we will try to discover if it fits us. They offer a friendly and easy start.
First and foremost, the customer service for this app is phenomenal. I am so impressed with the responsiveness and the tremendous support received after reaching out for assistance implementing this with our template. Every aspect of this app has fused so well with our website, it looks as though the wishlist feature has always been there. I am confident this app will provide a better user experience for our guests. Not to mention the value add to our business from the app's robust reporting features. Knowing which items our customers are adding to their wishlists provides great insight for future planning. Thank you Wishlist Plus, this has been both a positive experience and a worthy investment.
This app has lots of features but needs a bit of customization, this is the only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5. The team at Swym has been very helpful and quickly supported us with all the requests.
this is a great app, I used the free trail and it gave me what I want. I wish to have more customizing option in the free trail in the future
