Had a developer install this on our store. The only thing that looks nice is the heart icon. It's not intuitive, pretty, easily customizable, or easy to integrate with Klaviyo. Hoping to get help from them and I have emailed a few times. We upgraded because I thought it would become customizable. Not at all. Also, I asked for help with the mobile button, but no help and had to figure out the code on my own. Now likely have to hire a design to make it look ok before it ruins our store's look if no one else answers. Would love some help. Thanks.

In building our website and installing Wishlist, Anshu assisted us with fixing the placement of the heart icon and our 'add to cart' button. Our theme was shifting the layout, but Anshu was able to adjust the icon accordingly. Anshu's response time was quick and provided excellent customer service!

The Wishlist Plus app - a little helper with a big impact! Online shoppers are often distracted before completing the purchase or they do not complete the purchase immediately because they have not yet finished selecting products or searching for information and are therefore still undecided. The Wishlist is so to say a kind of note for later. I see the Wishlist Plus also as an individual area for each customer in an online shop. Because only products selected by the online shopper are saved there. This increases customer satisfaction, and accelerate sales. Last but not least, I would like to highlight the excellent support ( Shaik! ). I had a few problems integrating the Wishlist Plus into the collection page, but the support helped me in many ways, so I would like to rate this app overall with 5 stars. Yours sincerely,

Just started using Wishlist about a week ago, and it's been a great experience so far. Needed some help with minor tweaks to the look & feel and Varun from the support team helped resolve all our questions instantly.

The Support was perfect ! I couldn’t put the heart Icon on my header because I don’t know anything about coding plus I have a really complicated theme but they helped me immediately and did all the coding for me. They also always responded quickly. 10/10 would always recommend

This app comes fresh out the box with many different features. It was easy to set up and the support was very good, quick responses and available at unsociable hours. I was able to customise the app features to fall in line with my store to make my branding consistent.

The App is pretty easy to setup, there are some bugs on their end but their support assisted us right and was able to fix the issues in due time.

It has ruin my collection page after uninstalling it, I have code everywhere, originally we deletes it because we decided not to use it and search another way

Didn't work initially using Empire Theme. Requested support and they managed to fix the problem straightaway. I also made some special request to further improve the interface in my e-commerce store. Not a one click Setup - but a great and quick Support Team that provides you anything that you might need for an installation. Can definitly recommend the app to all advanced users, devs and agencies - not a perfect solution for beginners though. App works just as expected and is modifyable a lot
