My experience with Sync2Fashion was great. The customer service is excellent; they quickly answered all of my concerns and cleared up any doubts I had. Top brands, high-quality clothing, and quick services are offered. However, I would like to see more sizes and better images that show the clothing from the client's point of view.

Wonderful support service! Fast and explaining feedbacks. Quality products!

1 minus in my opinion is that they ship parcels in a way where tax fees are being sent to the costumers rather than to the dropshipping company. Other than that, everything else is top notch.

Dopo pochi mesi vorrei fare un primo punto della situazione:
Pro:
- Integrazione perfetta tra il loro portale e Shopify
- Assistenza clienti presente e puntuale, rispondono ad ogni domanda in maniera celere e dettagliata
- Prodotti di qualità
- Ordini: pacchi affidati al corriere nelle tempistiche previste, ordine evaso per tempo
Contro:
- Le opzioni di sottoscrizione sono tre, non mi ero reso conto che oltre ad esistere un limite sulla quantità di prodotti importabili a seconda della sottoscrizione, ci fossero altre caratteristiche della piattaforma attivabili solo con i pacchetti più costosi (ad es. download catalogo in csv\xlsx o collegamento API)
- Caricare i prodotti tramite il loro portale è un'operazione un po' lunga, spesso vuoi filtrare i prodotti e la pagina continua a ricaricarsi, UI un po' da rivedere.

In sostanza mi trovo molto bene, rifarei la scelta, non ho trovato finora fornitori altrettanto validi. Bravi!

The clothes and bags are of good quality.
When you need help with the app, you don't have to wait long. Quick response of
the technical service.
I still have to get used to the app, unfortunately it doesn't go that smoothly for me. I need to import the clothes a few times a day, otherwise they are not availible.

I like this app. Its easy to use and the company behind it, is quick to help when i write to them with issues. Im not giving it 5 stars, yet, because there is still room for improvement. The biggest improvement needed is the subcategory search. It bugs out on me sometimes and dosent show anything when used, which can be a hazzle at times. But when it works, then is great and easy

Gentilissimi,
sono soddisfatto del servizio che offrite. L’app è semplice da utilizzare e funziona in modo soddisfacente. Il servizio clienti è di qualità perché si è dimostrato gentile, tempestivo, affidabile e risolutivo. C’è varietà negli articoli che sono di ottima qualità. Vi avvalete di corrieri accreditati e quindi i costi di spedizione sono appropriati. La taglie a volte sono limitate. La cosa che rivaluterei sono i piani di abbonamento offerti in termini di quantità e prezzi. Immaginate un nuovo cliente che ha appena creato il suo e-commerce e ha bisogno di qualche mese per posizionarsi sui motori di ricerca e generare traffico sul proprio sito: ha bisogno di offrire maggiore scelta con un costo fisso di abbonamento minore. Almeno il primo periodo. Inoltre eliminerei il piano di abbonamento di soli 250 prodotti. Inserirei piuttosto un piano di abbonamento che sia in mezzo a quello dei 1000 prodotti e a quello di 5000 prodotti. Ovviamente guardo le cose dalla mia prospettiva! Comunque, bravi! Buon lavoro!

Sehr gute app und sehr gut nutzbar mit Shopify. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
Nur, wünschte ich mir mehrere Produkte auswählen zu können. Von den top Luxury brands, sind die produkte sehr eingeschränkt.

The app is really good and work as it should, but the high shipping costs and low quantities off the products makes gaining profit difficult.
