Fin dal primo momento che ho scelto questo servizio recensito positivamente, ho capito che avevo a che fare con un team molto professionale, ma allo stesso tempo molto cordiale che ti segue passo passo fino alla realizzazione del tuo store.
L'app è fatta benissimo, venendo da app che si appoggiano a servizi orientali, si nota subito la grande differenza, tutto automatizzato, scorte, sconti, prezzi, non devi far nulla, tutto già preimpostato, lasciando il tempo libero che ti rimane per gestire altre cose.
Ufficialmente sono appena partito con la mia avventura, quindi sono ancora in fase di rodaggio e sistemazione dello store, ma il valore aggiunto è che alle spalle ho una azienda seria che mi trasmette la serenità per proseguire fiducioso.

The settings in the app were a little difficult to understand at first, but the great service oriented help I have received from the company has been very helpful and made the app work the way I want it to work. A great company to work with.

Ladri…non rispettano il piano che attivi…dovevo pagare 90 euro e dal conto mi hanno preso 133 euro…cercate altro se volete vendere in sicurezza senza imbrogli

non siamo abituati ad avere a che fare con offese del genere e ci risulta molto difficile rispondere a questa tipologia di recensioni così colorite e che non appartengono alla professionalità che ci ha sempre contraddistinto.
Fatta questa doverosa premessa, abbiamo verificato direttamente con il reparto competente di Shopify e nell'importo addebitato sono incluse anche altre app/servizi che ha installato, oltre la nostra.
La invitiamo a chiedere maggiori informazioni anche a Shopify seguendo le istruzioni che le abbiamo inviata via e-mail.
Confido che vorrà rivalutare la sua recensione in virtù della qualità del servizio e assistenza che le abbiamo sempre offerto per ogni suo dubbio.

Sync2fashion has been one of the best apps so far no regrets. It s a lot easier to handle many of the things that would take up a lot of time. Customer service was excellent as they promptly answered all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend

This is a great app. I am very impressed with the customer service I received to things up. The customer support was very professional and replied in a timely manner to my multiple questions. I am looking forward to using this App and accessing all the great products they have.

I had a technical problem today with the app which i couldn't access the app anymore. I contacted the support and they responded instantly untill the problem was solved. For me, the most important thing is the support and thats why iam giving 5 stars. On the other hand only the subcategory and some little details could be improved but overall and untill now iam having a great experience with them.
