Overall great app. Sometimes a bit hard to understand everything but there's a lot of information that will help you. If that's not enough their customer service responds within minutes and Melinda provided me with a detailed answer. Would recommend!

Looks great for now, looks so easy, good products, friendly prices, the support team is always here to help you (Sunday compris :P) but let see the most imortant thing (Shipping time) if its as described,we hope so, thats depend of the supplier.. anyway 5 stars for now.

It's very early to form an opinion, but so far the support is very good and helpful (Imre). The interface could be more easy and simplified, is a bit more complicated comparing to other platforms.
Also the pro plan is quite expensive for the only 250 products it allows you to sync. The search field needs more care (a lot actually). It seems to have many products to the markets i want to ship, but the prices are quite high, though it is has to do with the suppliers. I will come back with another review when i spend more time.

I am extremely pleased with how my cooperation is going thus far with Syncee. Products are being imported within a few minutes and the cooperation between Syncee and Shopify is flawless. I have been cooperating with them for over half a year, and Syncee been very helpful and cooperative along the way. Excellent customer service and always trying to better my integrations with Shopify. Would recommend with no second thought.

Syncee did an amazing job helping me navigate my catalogue settings. My vendors ran out of products so my clothing store has zero products in several categories! I was shocked! Syncee answered my questions about next steps within 2-3 minutes. I am so thankful that on a Sunday morning at 6:20 am, I was able to get immediate support through chat. Imre was great! I could have had a major fit if he had not responded right away!!

I am using Syncee for several months now - and I must say that the support is amazing. I have only good experiences with ALL of their customer service agents. The only thing I wish to be improved is the suppliers list and products available for the European market.

It's not the best option for beginners because of their monthly plan options. Beside that, it could be a great supplier sources for a large variety of products.
