Staff really helpful and very fast! Reply in 3 minutes or less ! Good job ! First time is a bit difficult but when you well understand how it works, Syncee will gain times.

I used this app to assist my shop to upload product catalog. The support team are genuinely brilliant. Excellent support. Fast respond. When some problems with my shop, their support was very help-full!

So far there's nothing much I can think off. Maybe just a suggestion onto delivery tracking got sellers to know when the product is reaching.

Absolutely the best app in market when it comes to importing products from a vendor delivered feed. We used to import a very large .XML File with thousands of products and the team was helping out so good, that I'd love to add just a additional star to the 5 stars rating. :) THANKS A LOT!!

I was using another provider to upload my manufacturers products to shopify but the partnership ended. While looking around in a panic, I discovered Syncee had the manufacturer on their platform. Using the Datafeed Product Upload, Syncee sorted the import task which has been flawless. New products are uploaded to my shopify store while only the quantity field is updated daily. I had initially tried to do the task myself but failed miserably. Syncee were very kind and patient while they took over and did the set up brilliantly. They are totally worth the price. I am currently on the 3000 product Mini Datafeed Plan. Tip:
When using the Datafeed Product Upload, make sure you have all available photos uploaded for products. I initially had just one photo uploaded per product despite there being more available. My mistake and it has been very quickly fixed, though I had to delete and reupload all the products again.

Amazing support chat: fast and accurate! they help us to import product and they answer to all of our question. Nice app! 5 star (Hope they'll integrate auto-order service for more vendors in future, it's so helpful!)
