So far a good app. However, not enough (good) European dealers. Very good customer service. The filter function could be better

The individuals at Syncee have been very responsive and were very helpful in answering all my questions. The program is also very easy to use and flexible. My only complaint is regarding the vendor contact availability and product selection. It would be nice if they could provide a contact number for the wholesalers/suppliers they work with. It has been a challenge trying to get in contact with some of the suppliers. In additon, I am starting an home decor business and they do not have many unique products and are very limitied.

At first I was skeptical because I couldn't reach anyone on a weekend but later someone did respond to advise their limited on weekends. Since then so far i have been enjoying the different vendors and the syncee agents are helpful, I would recommend this app

This app is amazing. It saves me so much time. I have had the app for 2-3 days now and my life is already changed. The only thing I would recommend for this app is to improve on the mapping instructions (sentence structure) to make it easier for users to understand the process. The price of this app is a bit steep for new shops, but I would say that the time it saves makes it so worth it.

La sto usando da qualche minuto, sembra ottima e mi riservo di dare una recensione più accurata più in là. La prima impressione è ottima, il catalogo dei fornitori è davvero ampio e soprattutto la possibilità di scegliere anche il paese di spedizione (oltre a quello di destinazione)

Do not force your customers to waste their time for the unnecessary steps. Reviews and whatnots can be suggested to customers and not a compulsory.

Great customer service, real people online to help you out immediately to navigate the app. Happy there is a 14 day free trial. Good interface. Negatives were not finding some products I needed (but this is normal). And the payment plan fee's are expensive if you are not yet selling a lot of items. Would be great if the products for the smaller plan were also increased to more then 25.
