App Support: Syncee has been immediate and prompt in providing technical support to Issues that were reported. Their customer support stuff is quick and helpful. Feedback on App: The App should give more useful information like Vendor performance, Genuine reviews, statistic of how many clients have selected a vendor, and Quality Assessment rating. This would help customers decide better on next steps.

I'm new to Shopify and very new to Syncee. Whilst I've had a few teething problems, and although I've not found the app particularly easy to use, I'm getting there. The help team are amazing and have always dealt with my queries efficiently and quickly.

I have used Syncee to find some products for my store. They have a wide variety with some products having supplies in the 10's of thousands. I have just used the free subscription so far. Their chat feature is quite responsive and knowledgeable.

I'm just getting started with this app. The customer service team has been fantastically helpful, and in fact they have done the uploading for me. Having been used to Oberlo and Smar7 in the USA/AliExpress, I found it difficult at first. Niki, Imre, and the team have been so helpful in getting us up and running.
I'm dropshipping products from various platforms, and Syncee is definitely among the best ones. Big choice of products in any category I could possibly think of - it's a perfect bridge between your shop and your suppliers. The only reason for 4* is it's UI/UX that I feel should be simplified somewhat.

This has been the only app so far in which I have been able to easily locate the specific type of merchandise that I would like to sell; all others' filters brought up unrelated items in the search. The support has been very timely, professional and helpful also, helping me not only resolve hiccups, but showing me and explaining exactly what to do in future situations that arise!
