Beware this app syncs your shopify constantly so don't make any changes on shopify everything will be deleted or changed. Frankly change that and find a solution to automate orders on bigbuy and I put 5 stars. Excuse my rage I just lost 20 hours of work because of your sh"*** synchronization.

In Syncee, in your product catalogs, there is a setting where you can pick which product data you wouldn't like Syncee to update in your Shopify store. We haven't received any message from you about the problem you faced. We have free support in chat and email where you can contact us anytime for a quick reply and help. About automated order data synchronization, not every supplier can support auto order on Syncee Marketplace. On our platform at every product and supplier, you can see if automated order sync is provided or not. You can set it at the filter settings too so you can browse among those products and suppliers only where this solution is available.

I use this APP to import my products on a daily basis from my suppliers. Resulting not to manually copy and paste over 2000 products. What would otherwise take me months is now fully automated and in a jiffy. The support team is also amazing and knowledgeable.

I did mega research on dropshipping platforms and although Syncee is not the most glamorous to look at from a UX POV, it has tons of features and the support it great. Rock-solid platform!

While they may have some nice products, you don't get the satisfaction of uploading unlimited products as you do with other suppliers. The Basic plan only allows you to upload 25 products for the YEAR, but yet they expect you to pay monthly, and the pro plan only allows 250 products a year. I load about 200 products a day to my online retail store. If you're just starting out, this supplier isn't for you. Sorry Syncee, but you need to increase the products we are able to add to our store.

We appreciate your feedback. Please let us bring it to your attention that Syncee offers several plans based on how many products you would like to upload to your online store to sell. Any business can pick the plan that is ideal for their business needs. Please let us recommend our Business plan which allows you to upload 10,000 products to your store, or our Plus plan which allows you to upload 50,000 products to your store.

Furthermore, please let us also highlight that Syncee specializes in keeping products continuously up-to-date. The plan you pick allows you to manage that amount of products in total, and not "yearly". With Syncee, automated order data synchronization is also available besides other helpful features like product pricing and more.

Lots of US suppliers with majority of shipping times 2 weeks and under. Products appear to be higher quality as well.

I've had a good experience with them and they are prompt in answering my questions and helping me out with any problem. Even though there are a few kinks to workout in the software, they do take into consideration customer suggestions and continue to update their product. Overall, great experience.

Update: After some time using the app and running into a few problems, the support team helped me out very quickly. So their good service continues and this is why they keep their 5 stars. Selecting products to upload however still needs work as it would be better to choose which products to upload rather than deselect products you don't want to upload. An option to select all and then deselect could also exist for those who just upload thousands of products to their websites. If there is a way for stock number to show up on the product listing, it would also be very helpful.

its a good app but the datafeed manager is confusing and many suppliers do not have any product descriptions or pictures with the products which means its sometimes easier to not use the program
