We have used this app to assist us with not only the initial product imports but also with synchronizing with our supplier stock feeds which has automated over 60% of our work. The support team are genuinely brilliant and always keen to help out when we make a mess of things and they are especially appreciated.

30/08/2017 12.50 : "Where is the CHAT Support ?!? Five Days already installed the app, payed the plan , but the support chat is lost... impossible to contact syncee..."
30/08/2017 12.53 : in Less of TWO minute , by mail I received contatc and at first check : by firefox the plugin chat is not loaded (my problem occours) , try by chrome et voilà !

App Support: Syncee has been immediate and prompt in providing technical support to Issues that were reported. Their customer support stuff is quick and helpful. Feedback on App: The App should give more useful information like Vendor performance, Genuine reviews, statistic of how many clients have selected a vendor, and Quality Assessment rating. This would help customers decide better on next steps.

Very great app and great supporting team, too. Very helpful! The app could be improved and made more flexible by adding some integrations with some base features: metafields, most popular language apps (i.e. langify)... but that would only make it perfect. Syncee is already great the way as it is now!
Very fast and very helpful services. You can also find good suppliers and you can communicate with them. I recommend Syncee highly!
