Excellent customer service, very clear in giving instructions. As for the app, it takes a while to navigate and get used to. You have to apply as a reseller for each supplier for the same category and not all suppliers can do auto-fulfillment but for those, the app can help ease the process.

The Syncee Customer Support Team ROCKS! I appreciate their patience with me as a newbie dropshipper. I know I have had tons of questions. There has not been a time they have not come through for me. If you want GREAT customer service, I recommend you using Syncee for your dropshipping needs.
However, I ended up giving 4 stars due to the changes they have made to their paid plans. There was a FREE Plan for 25 products but now we have to pay $29 a month. You can get a FREE 14 day trial and after that I will be paying $49 a month instead of $29 for 250 items. Other than that, I am still onboard and will pay the monthly payment because they have what I need for my Shopify store.

Syncee still offers a free plan that allows store owners to browse among millions of products on Syncee Marketplace, and they can prepare their own product catalog with the goods they would like to sell, adding all settings they need. It's a perfect way of preparing your unique selection of products. Indeed, to upload products to your store you need a bigger plan, but our free trial is there for merchants to check if they are satisfied with our solutions. Very good app for Import / Export Details.
Easy to use and good products, shipping times can be a bit delayed from suppliers depending on when orders are placed. but the service and interface are easy to use and operate as they should.

Pretty great product selection but was hoping the app is a bit less buggy and slow. Overall pretty amazing platform.
